Here you can securely submit your website login credentials and, if requested, your (s)FTP account details. Only submit this information if you have opened a support ticket [here] and a WP Staging support agent asked you to send login data.

When you submit your login data, it will automatically test the provided credentials. If they pass, your login details will be securely encrypted and sent to the WP Staging support team.

If the login test fails but you’re certain the credentials are correct, you can still submit them to our support agents.

Purpose of Access

We require permission to access your website solely for the purpose of troubleshooting, enhancing functionality, or resolving any specific issues you may have identified. During this process, we may make temporary or permanent changes to the data or configuration of your website.

Data Handling and Alterations

If modifications to your data are necessary, we will inform you beforehand about the planned changes and provide a tutorial link detailing the modifications and how to revert or adjust settings if needed.

Use of Debug Tools

To diagnose and resolve issues effectively, we may install our debugging plugin, WP Staging Support Tool. This plugin includes a database administration tool and a file manager, enabling safe, reversible changes. Once work is completed, this plugin will be deactivated and will remove any helper tools for security purposes. You can view this plugin under wp-admin > Plugins > WP Staging Support.

If you prefer us not to install this support tool, please let us know in advance.
